All of our 100% Polypropylene Military Issue Thermal Wear is guaranteed to be 1st run, never seconds, with no defects, whatsoever! Occasionally, some item may, but doubtfully, have a minor defect. For this reason, we happily back our products with a 14 day exchange guarantee. We inspect every item for quality before shipping, so defects are very rare. Customers exchanging sizes must pay postage. To avoid unnecessary returns, please review the Sizing Charts for your proper fit and color choice. All polypropylene items are stretchable to an extent, so keeping this in mind, you may prefer a snug fit or a looser fit. PolyProThermals may use the right to substitute a different color for an occassional out of stock and unavailable item. Return Policy PolyProThermals happily offers a 14 day satisfaction guarantee on items that are returned in the original condition, along with a RMA number, for exchange due to a defect or wrong size. Items cannot be returned due to a wrong color choice made by the customer or buyer remorse. Please choose your colors and sizes wisely. Items which have been worn, washed, abused, or altered may not be returned. Items returned that are not in new resellable condition, as stated in the above terms, will be returned to sender, along with an invoice reflecting return postage. All returns must have prior approval by contacting CustomerService within 3 days of your purchase delivery date with the reason for the return and to obtain a RMA number, (Return Merchandise Application). A RMA # will be issued to you within one to three business days. Please put the RMA # on the outside of the package. The exchange return must be received by us within seven days of the RMA # issue date or within the 14 day exchange guarantee period, whichever comes first, or the return will not be accepted. Mailed shipments from PolyProThermals that are returned to us undeliverable, unclaimed, refused, or have an insufficient addresses, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, plus the cost of shipping. Please make sure your PayPal address & email on file is current & updated to ensure timely delivery.
Shipping and handling charges are also non-refundable. We will send a product replacement or exchange after the authorized return has completed our receiving inspection process. New S/H charges will apply towards the replacement, unless the return was defective. If your order qualified for Free S/H and is returned for a prior approved refund, the normal S/H cost for the original order will be deducted from your original total. The replacement will ship within two to five business days following the receipt of your return. The returned merchandise must be postmarked within 14 days of the Original Shipment Notification. Please allow additional processing time during Holidays. Although, it is our goal to ship a replacement as quickly as possible, we do not send replacements before we receive and inspect the returned merchandise. Non-deliveries must be reported, within 7 days domestic/ 14 days international, of the Original Shipment Notification. PolyProThermals.com is not responsible, whatsoever, for lost, stolen, or damaged uninsured orders shipped. We know some things are unavoidable and unexpected, so we will work with you to remedy any situation that may arise, to ensure that you remain Warm, Dry, & Happy!
